TrinketLand Stud are producers of supreme quality foals and youngstock based in Dyce, Scotland dating back over a century. We were tasked with bringing their catalog of horses and services to their own website for the first time.

    #The Challenge

TrinketLand Stud needed a multipage website with an administration panel to manage articles and their catalog of horses, a services listing, SEO and analytics integrations.

    #Our Approach

    #Design & Branding

We began with design and branding to help refine their messaging so it is clear to visitors who they serve and how:

    • Choosing a color palette that fits your brand’s messaging is easy to read and meets accessibility standards.
    • Choosing typography that fits your brand’s personality, messaging and industry.
    • Choosing and/or creating illustrations to elevate website content. This can include icons, patterns or other graphical elements.
    • Consistent personality and style of the text on the website. For example, friendly, professional or humorous.

    #Administration Panel

To manage the sales and articles pages of their site easily. We developed a simple-to-use admin panel to add new horses for sale, update horses and categorize horses under specific categories such as 3+ years old.

    #SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SEO or Search Engine Optimization is increasing the visibility of a site when someone searches specific keywords. This can help organically drive visitors to your site. We developed TrinketLand Stud's website with best practices to improve SEO.

    #Conversion Optimization & Analytics

Conversion optimization is about making your website work as hard as possible for you. This means strategically designing and improving parts of the site, so visitors are encouraged to take the actions you want them to. For example, contacting you and making a purchase.

We recognized that this started with the design phase and is an ongoing process. We designed and developed layouts are created that naturally guide visitors towards these actions. We also used tools like Google Analytics to allow us to see how visitors use their website, and so that we can make improvements over time.

    #Outcome: Coming Soon!

This is an in-progress project. Come back later to see the final result!
